Alexander (Sandy) Courage, composer of the original Star Trek theme and an Emmy-winning, Oscar-nominated arranger for TV and movies, died May 15 at the Sunrise assisted-living facility in Pacific Palisades, Calif. He was 88 and had been in declining health since 2005.

Ship's Librarian - Tasked with the building of an online listing of all Star Trek novels using the USS Chicago website.  The goal will be to provide a single point of reference for all Trek novels and to provide site visitors with the ability to rate & review these books.  The Librarian will work with the CO to keep this project moving.
